Job description

The COO Asia Business Management Analyst is responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of a business unit, leading project-based initiatives, and implementing the business unit’s strategy.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Lead and implement initiatives to improve and optimize processes within COO Asia
• Using technology and tools to improve processes
• Support in implementing projects, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Tracking account opening pipelines and providing data-driven insights
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Support in planning and implementing the COO Asia strategy

Professional and technical requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience (preferably in private banking/wealth management, in-house or external consulting)
• Strong financial and commercial expertise, along with the ability to understand business processes and contribute to them
