Tasks

The role involves managing the operational and administrative aspects of a business unit, leading project-based tasks, and ensuring the implementation of the business unit’s strategy. Responsibilities include:

• Lead initiatives to improve and optimize processes within COO Asia
• Using technology and tools to support process improvements
• Support in planning and implementing the COO Asia strategy
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Coordination of events and processes

Professional and technical requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, banking, economics, or an equivalent field
• 3–5 years of professional experience (preferably in private banking/wealth management, in-house or external consulting)
• Strong financial and commercial expertise, along with the ability to understand business processes and contribute to them
