Coordinateur/Coordinatrice RH (h/f/x)
Vaudoise is looking for a Coordinateur/Coordinatrice RH (h/f/x) to support the RH team in the supervision of apprentices and trainees. The position includes the personal support of trainees, the coordination of recruitment processes and the organization of onboarding processes.

Tasks
- Ensure personalized support for students, as their main point of contact throughout their journey.
- Co-piloting the recruitment process of apprentices in collaboration with the teams, from the definition of requirements to the signing of contracts, in compliance with budgets and internal policies.
- Reduce all administrative procedures related to the student life cycle by optimizing digital tools and processes for greater efficiency.
- Orchestrer l'intégration des nouveaux talents en proposant des parcours d'onboarding engageants.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Vaudois brand by being the ambassador of choice for internal and external clients and by representing the company at events and professional forums.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the Apprentices division and contribute to various projects.
Requirements
- Diplôme Universitaire/HES ou Certificat de gestion RH.
- Ideally a first professional experience in human resources or in a field related to professional or university education.
- Connaissance de base en droit du travail ainsi que des dispositions légales.
- Excellent mastery of essential office tools (Microsoft365, with a preference for HR Access or any other RHIS) and ability to explore their advanced functionalities to optimize productivity.
- Autonomy, proactivité, esprit client, résilience, et dote(e) d'un fort esprit d'équipe.
- Langue maternelle française ainsi que de très bonnes connaissances en allemand (min. C1).
