Coordinateur/Coordinatrice RH (h/f/x) - 80-100%

Tasks

• Ensure personalized support for students, as their main point of contact throughout their journey.
• Co-piloting the apprentice recruitment process in collaboration with the teams, from the definition of requirements to the signing of contracts, in compliance with budgets and internal policies. Manage all administrative procedures related to the apprentices' life cycle by optimizing digital tools and processes for greater efficiency
• Orchestrer l'intégration des nouveaux talents en proposant des parcours d'onboarding engageants
• Actively contributing to the development of the Vaudois brand as an employer of choice for internal and external clients and representing the company at events and professional forums
• Participate in the development and implementation of the talent acquisition strategy for the Apprentis division and contribute to various projects.

Requirements

• Diplôme Universitaire/HES or Certificat de gestionnaire RH
• Ideally a first professional experience in human resources or in a field related to professional or university education.
• Connaissance de base en droit du travail ainsi que des dispositions légales
• Excellent mastery of indispensable office tools (Microsoft365, with a preference for HR Access or any other RHIS) and ability to explore their advanced functionalities to optimize productivity.
• Autonomy, proactivity, esprit d'équipe et d'initiative et doté(e) d'un fort esprit d'équipe
• Langue maternelle française ainsi que de très bonnes connaissances en allemand (min. C1)
