Your role
- Supporting the company in risk management
- Identification of unusual business relationships and monitoring of risk assessments
- Responsibility for compliance with current legal and regulatory standards
- Advice for managers and client advisors
- Conducting activities as a second line of defense against money laundering risks (including SAR filings)
- Ensuring that risk frameworks are well designed and function effectively
- Independent risk assessments and reports that shed light on our risk profile
- Providing controls, tools, training, frameworks, information and insights necessary for management to manage risk
Your expertise
- Swiss degree in law or economics
- Ideally 2-4 years experience in a compliance function
- Analytical, with the ability to find pragmatic solutions
- Results-oriented and assertive
- Strong communicator, team player
- Reliable and resilient in difficult situations
- Fluent in French and English, German is an advantage
