Tasks

• Handling the complete process of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, including tender and exchange offers, capital increases, dividend decisions and reinvestments as well as customer notifications in various languages using templates.
• Acts as a point of contact for customers and provides timely updates and information on corporate actions.
• Analyzing data related to corporate actions, preparing reports and ensuring the accuracy of all related records.
• Ensuring that all corporate actions are processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the process.
• Continuous improvement: Contribution to the ongoing improvement of processes and systems in connection with corporate actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions within a financial institution.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with the use of financial software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
