Corporate Actions Operations Specialist - Fixed-term (1 year)

We are looking for a Corporate Actions Operations Specialist for a one-year fixed-term position in Luxembourg to support the processing of corporate actions and focus on the quality and efficiency of our processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, is well-organized, and can work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Tasks

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the respective function to ensure that operations run smoothly, maintain high quality, comply with agreed-upon standards and objectives, and are conducted with a focus on risk management. This includes:
  • Corporate action events: mandatory, voluntary, and mandatory with an option, taking into account the necessary cut-off times and maintaining a certain level of quality
  • Timely booking of all proceeds from corporate actions (cash/securities)
  • Resolution of discrepancies within the specified time frame
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries and complaints related to all activities covered by "Corporate Actions" are handled, with the aim of providing appropriate and sustainable solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Compliance with controls and procedures
  • Reporting incidents to the appropriate controllers
  • Maintaining contact with the Business Support Center, client account managers, custodians, other internal departments, and our subsidiaries to support clients and handle and track inquiries

Your skills and experience

* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BAC+4) or equivalent experience * Experience in back-office operations related to corporate actions and income * Languages: English (written and spoken); German, French, Spanish, and Italian are a plus * Experience with the T24 system is a plus * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment, with the ability and willingness to adapt
