Corporate Actions Specialist (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Tasks

We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the timely and proper handling of:

• Interest, dividend, and capital repayment events
• Handling international tax refunds
• Conducting variance analyses for securities and cash holdings
• Management of the service mailbox and hotline

Additional responsibilities include:

• Approval and Authorization of IT and Cash Disbursements
• Identification and processing of securities lending and borrowing positions, including correspondence with the respective counterparties
• Timely and professional management of the service mailbox and hotline

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of securities, particularly in the areas of income and corporate actions
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications
