Corporate Actions Specialist (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist (full-time position) who will be responsible for processing interest, dividend, and capital repayment events, as well as managing international tax refunds. The ideal candidate will have completed a banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training, have professional experience in the banking sector, and possess in-depth knowledge of securities.
Tasks
- Management of tax refund processes in various international markets
- Reconciliation and Resolution of Title and Cash Discrepancies
- Identification and processing of securities lending and borrowing positions, including correspondence with the respective counterparties
- Timely and professional management of the service mailbox and hotline
- Ensuring the timely and proper processing of interest, dividend, and capital repayment transactions
- Conducting variance analyses for securities and cash holdings
Requirements

- Flexibility and resilience
- Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with professional experience in the banking sector
- In-depth knowledge of securities, particularly in the areas of income and corporate actions
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications
