**Corporate Actions Specialist**

Job Summary
As a Corporate Actions Specialist within our dedicated Corporate Actions team, you will play a key role in understanding and processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions on custody assets—including equities, bonds, structured products, and more—received daily by the team. You will join a team of 6 specialists, working closely within a larger group of 17 professionals who are committed to providing high-quality service to our clients and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Treatment and analysis of corporate actions events received by SWIFT, Telex, and/or paper on all types of products (equities, bonds, etc.)
- Provide our Client Relationship Officers with CA notifications in an efficient manner
- Reconciliation of cash and stock on every corporate action file
- Processing instructions on voluntary events (forwarding instructions received from our CROs to custodians)
- Corporate actions booking
- Follow up on any CA-related issues (questions from CRO, issues with custodians, etc.)
- Other administrative tasks related to corporate actions activity.
Skills and Experience Required
- Confirmed experience in corporate actions (minimum 3-5 years), ideally within private banking or a similar financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including stocks and bonds.
- Familiarity with SWIFT messages and market data providers such as Telekurs.
- Good knowledge of core banking systems, preferably T24 (Globus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail; conscientious and efficient in all tasks.
- Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle a heavy workload when needed.
