Corporate Clients Onboarding Specialist

The Corporate Clients Onboarding Specialist independently supports new corporate clients and their representatives, conducts client meetings and prepares necessary documentation to achieve client objectives. The position requires experience in client consulting, independence and team orientation.

Your tasks

  • Conducting customer meetings by telephone, online and on site (physically)
  • Independent support of new corporate clients and their exponents, applying the holistic consulting approach and adhering to client objectives, as well as preparing the necessary documents/forms
  • Assigning customers and clients to the appropriate departments for support
  • Recording and evaluating customer potential through the use of sales approaches and brokering leads

Our requirements

  • Experience in customer consulting, if possible in corporate banking
  • Maturity in basic skills, formalities and opening processes
  • Understanding of customer and service orientation
  • Independent, flexible, committed and team-oriented
