Tasks

The primary responsibilities for this role include:
  • Performing credit due diligence on new transactions, including business review, financial analysis, stress testing, and financial modeling
  • Collaboration with the origination team
  • Active participation in credit discussions, challenging deal teams, and presenting credit opinions
  • Evaluation of transaction structures, prices, and credit risks
  • Preparation of credit risk memoranda focusing on risks and mitigation measures
  • Presentation to management and communication with customers, if necessary

Requirements

The candidate should:
  • Be a confident credit analyst who is able to form and defend your own credit opinions.
  • Be a valuable contact for the business and management
  • Be flexible and able to work on multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of corporate finance concepts and cash flow lending
