About the job

We are looking for a Corporate Governance Specialist to join the Executive Office (EO) and drive initiatives of overarching strategic importance to the Group.

Your tasks

• Support the Corporate Secretariat of the ExB/GWMC in all governance matters to ensure compliant and effective governance of the ExB and GWMC.
• Coordinating the entire meeting cycle of the ExB/GWMC, including scheduling, preparing the agenda, documentation (minutes, resolutions, summaries), and following up on action items.
• Ensuring that all materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Acting on behalf of the Corporate Secretary as needed, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and a thorough understanding of governance frameworks.
• Taking on various tasks and projects within the team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a hands-on approach.

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field; or a paralegal.
• Professional experience in corporate governance, company secretariat, legal affairs, compliance, or audit within the financial services industry.
• A solid understanding of and strong interest in executive governance, regulatory matters, and organizational processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A high degree of discretion, integrity, and reliability.
