DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking a Corporate Officer (m/f/d) to coordinate, prepare, and execute corporate activities and to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and several years of professional experience at an investment management firm, asset management company, bank, or accounting firm.
Job description
The position of Corporate Officer (m/f/d) involves the following responsibilities:- Coordination, preparation, and execution of corporate activities
- Initiating, organizing, and facilitating meetings of the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and Supervisory Board
- Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g., board members, executives, and customers)
- The full range of corporate activities (e.g., scheduling and deadline management, organizing events, travel, and meetings)
- Point of contact for internal partners and for and with external partners
- Handling special and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- A degree in law, business, or a related field
- Ideally, several years of relevant professional experience at a management company, asset management firm, bank, or accounting firm
- A strong focus on the big picture, as well as flexibility, the ability to work well in a team, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in spoken and written German (C1/C2) and English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
