Corporate Sales Rates & FX

Vos missions principales

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients in Switzerland by identifying their currency and interest rate hedging needs,
• structure and execute interest rate hedging solutions
• proactively propose customized coverage solutions to clients,
• identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities in the foreign exchange, interest rate, and derivatives markets,
• Provide very high-quality customer service in accordance with the rules and the work environment,
• help promote our solutions and tools (e.g., the e-Forex platform).

Votre profil

• A college or university degree or advanced banking education,
• At least 5 years of experience as a Rates & FX sales representative, ideally at a bank or financial institution with a focus on corporate clients,
• Excellent/comprehensive understanding of the fixed-income markets
• strong network in the Swiss business-to-business market
• Excellent knowledge of FX instruments (spot, forward, options) and interest rate instruments (IRS, caps, floors), as well as hedging solutions,
• entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative attitude,
• ability to build trusting relationships, perseverance, and independence,
• Fluency in French and excellent knowledge of English; German is a plus
