Corporate Strategy Specialist

The Corporate Strategy Specialist supports the definition and implementation of the strategic agenda by providing data-driven insights, optimizing performance metrics, and assisting with program implementation. Job description

Corporate Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the definition and implementation of the strategic agenda by providing data-driven insights, optimizing performance measurement, and supporting the implementation of programs within the organization. This person will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and foster innovation to create long-term value.

Tasks

  • Data collection and analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting: Conducting comprehensive market research and internal data collection, as well as developing and maintaining valuable benchmarks, predictive models, and forecasts to enable superior decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • OKR/KPI Optimization: Support in defining, tracking, and reporting on strategic OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to make performance transparent and ensure greater alignment.
  • Executive Strategy Support: Assistance in creating high-quality presentations for executives and communicating complex data in a compelling and accessible manner to support leadership’s strategic vision and decision-making process.
  • Project portfolio management and delivery: Support the coordination and tracking of the strategic project portfolio; collaborate with key stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and resources; and ensure the successful delivery of the strategic agenda.
  • Collaboration with Brazil Digital Product Managers: Helping to build a bridge between business leaders and the community in Brazil to ensure effective communication and alignment across global teams.
  • Developing a Culture of Innovation: Fostering an environment that promotes innovation, digital excellence, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, wealth management, corporate strategy, or similar strategic roles, with experience in the U.S. and/or European markets.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing strategic projects, from concept development through successful implementation, with effective results.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, industries, and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex problems, establish a framework, and apply analytical tools to develop solutions.
  • Proficiency with large datasets and advanced analytical tools, including data visualization and business intelligence software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Highly results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Collaboration and a team-oriented work style, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and across various teams.
  • A degree in a relevant field (business administration, finance, economics, etc.).
