Corporate Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the definition and implementation of the strategic agenda by providing data-driven insights, optimizing performance measurement, and supporting the rollout of initiatives across the organization. This individual will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and foster innovation to create long-term value.Tasks
- Data collection and analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting: Conducting comprehensive market research and internal data collection, as well as developing and maintaining valuable benchmarks, predictive models, and forecasts to enable superior decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- OKR/KPI Optimization: Support in defining, tracking, and reporting on strategic OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to make performance transparent and ensure greater alignment.
- Strategic Support for Executive Leadership: Assistance in creating impactful presentations for executive leadership and communicating complex data in a compelling and accessible manner to support the strategic vision and decision-making process of executive leadership.
- Project portfolio management and delivery: Support the coordination and tracking of the strategic project portfolio; collaborate with key stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and resources; and ensure the successful delivery of the strategic agenda.
- Collaboration with Brazilian digital product managers: Helping to build a bridge between senior leadership and the community in Brazil to ensure effective communication and alignment across global teams.
- Developing a culture of innovation: Fostering an environment that promotes innovation, digital excellence, and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, wealth management, corporate strategy, or similar strategic roles, with experience in the U.S. and/or European markets.
- Proven experience in coordinating and executing strategic projects, from concept development through to successful delivery, with tangible results.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to quickly develop expertise in new topics, industries, and trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex problems, organize the context, and apply analytical tools to develop solutions.
- A platform that handles large datasets and offers advanced analytical tools, including data visualization and business intelligence software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Highly results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Collaborative, team-oriented work style with a proven ability to work across functions and teams.
- Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration)
