Corporate Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the definition and implementation of the strategic agenda by providing data-driven insights, optimizing performance measurement, and supporting the implementation of programs within the organization. This person will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and foster innovation to create long-term value.Tasks
- Data Analysis, Benchmarking, and Forecasting: Conducting comprehensive market and internal data analysis; developing and maintaining value-adding benchmarks, predictive models, and forecasts to enable superior decision-making and strategic actions.
- OKR/KPI Optimization: Support in defining, tracking, and reporting on strategic OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to make performance visible and ensure greater alignment.
- Support for Senior Management: Assistance in creating impactful presentations for senior management and communicating complex data in a compelling and accessible manner to support the strategic vision and decision-making process of senior management.
- Project Portfolio Management and Implementation: Support in coordinating and tracking the strategic project portfolio; collaborate with key stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and resources, and ensure optimal implementation of the strategic agenda.
- Collaboration with Brazil Digital Product Managers: Helping to build a bridge between the executive leadership and the community in Brazil to ensure effective communication and alignment across global teams.
- Developing a Culture of Innovation: Fostering an environment that promotes innovation, digital excellence, and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, wealth management, corporate strategy, or similar strategic roles, with experience in U.S. and/or European markets.
- Proven experience in coordinating and executing strategic projects, from concept development through to successful implementation, with effective results.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, industries, and trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, enabling the ability to break down complex problems and apply analytical tools to develop solutions.
- A platform that handles large datasets and offers advanced analytical tools, including data visualization and business intelligence software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights in a clear, compelling manner.
- Highly results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Collaborative, team-oriented work style with a proven ability to work across functions and teams.
- A degree in a relevant field (business administration, finance, economics, etc.).
