The position of Credit Administrator in Hong Kong involves processing credit applications, conducting risk assessments and monitoring, and managing credit documentation. Job description
The position as Credit Administrator includes the following tasks:- Performing credit application implementation and monitoring functions.
- Performing file management, scanning, and secure storage of credit documents.
- Daily reporting of overruns and preparation/review of credit control risk reports.
- Familiarity with global and local policies, manuals, and relevant local regulatory requirements for financial services products.
- Performing credit risk analyses and approvals (where applicable) for credit applications for new requests and annual reviews.
- Processing inquiries regarding credit applications, credit product programs, approval conditions, and documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of the Credit Department to perform ad hoc tasks and other duties.
- Conducting system tests.
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field of study.
- Up to three years of experience in the credit sector in the private banking industry. Individuals without direct experience may be considered if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of financial services products and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
