Your area of responsibility

In this role, you will act as a competent interface between the specialist departments and other internal units, coordinating and ensuring a smooth credit process. Your tasks will include:

• Telephone and written correspondence with land registry offices, customer advisors, and customers
• Collaboration on credit-specific projects and the further development of credit processes
• Deputizing for the division manager during absences

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a trustworthy and honest individual with the following profile:

• Completed banking apprenticeship, supplemented by subject-specific further training (e.g., degree in banking and finance)
• Several years of professional experience in the credit sector, preferably in the mortgage sector
