Credit Development Officer
The Credit Development Officer at Julius Baer in Singapore ensures that credit products and processes are aligned with credit strategies and policies by working closely with the front office and other functions. Core Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management - represents CRM Asia in meetings involving cross-functional teams, such as Front Office and Markets, to ensure that product offerings and processes are aligned with credit strategies and policies
- Special Projects - Participate in ad hoc projects
- Presentations and communications – prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, committees, etc.
- Education – Organize training for the Front Office on credit risk topics and systems

Personal and Social
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates sound judgment, the ability to work under pressure, and initiative
- A good team player who builds strong working relationships within Credit, the Front Office, and other divisions
- Good organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to manage initiatives and projects in a timely manner
Professional and Technical
- University graduate with a focus on finance or a similar qualification
- General understanding of credit principles, risk management, and banking regulations
- General knowledge of global financial markets and current events; stay informed about legal, tax, and reputational issues
