Credit Operations Analyst - Collateral Monitoring Team

The Credit Operations Analyst in the Collateral Monitoring team supports JPMorgan Chase's Private Banking Operations in Geneva by monitoring collateral values and processing loan withdrawals and asset transfers. The position requires experience in private banking or credit products as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Description

As a Credit Operations Analyst within the Collateral Monitoring Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Private Banking Operations by collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring the seamless execution of credit services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Approve payments, loan drawdowns, and asset transfers in line with Credit Policy.
  • Book and monitor Stand By L/C's and related fees.
  • Monitor daily collateral values and credit exposure to ensure compliance with authorized limits.
  • Work in partnership with Lending Solutions, Credit Executives, and Legal Advisors.
  • Review credit requests, submit for approval, and maintain critical client collateral data values in corporate systems.
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in private banking or credit products.
  • Full working proficiency in French.
  • Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment, integrity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and/or VBA.
  • Ability to digest large amounts of information and prioritize tasks.
  • Enhance processes for efficiency and control.
  • Strong attention to details.
