Job Responsibilities
- Review Credit Facility Agreements to identify covenants.
- Set up and monitor covenant compliance and client-specific conditions.
- Escalate covenant breaches to relevant parties.
- Create customized offline credit monitoring for non-standard deals.
- Ensure controls and procedures are in place and properly followed.
- Produce regular, ad-hoc, and regulatory reporting from a credit perspective.
- Deliver practical data insights in a compelling manner for senior management.
- Act as a subject matter expert in analytics and reporting within Credit.
- Drive process improvement and automation.
- Keep all procedures current and up to date.
- Build and maintain partnerships with peers and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skill
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Full working proficiency in English.
- General understanding of the private banking business and credit products.
- Aptitude and interest in working with data, digesting large amounts of information, and using it to develop innovative solutions.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Alteryx, Python, Tableau, Olik.
- Proactive, responsive team player who can thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong commitment, sense of integrity, and exceptional drive.
- Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
