Tasks

  • Review of loan agreements to identify covenants
  • Establishment and monitoring of covenant compliance and client-specific conditions
  • Escalation of covenant violations to relevant parties
  • Creation of customized offline credit monitoring for non-standard deals
  • Ensure that controls and procedures are sound and properly followed
  • Preparation of regular, ad hoc and regulatory reports from a credit perspective
  • Delivering practical data insights in a compelling way for senior management
  • Function as a technical expert in analytics and reporting within the credit division
  • Driving process improvements and automation
  • Updating all procedures to the latest state of the art
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English
  • General understanding of the private banking business and credit products
  • Aptitude and interest in working with data, digesting large amounts of information and using it to develop innovative solutions
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Alteryx, Python, Tableau, Olik
  • Proactive, responsive team player who can thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong commitment, sense of integrity and exceptional drive
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, including in a virtual team environment
  • Good judgment and discretion when working with highly confidential information
