Credit Platform Services Analyst

Tasks

As a Credit Platform Services Analyst within Private Banking Operations, you will support Private Banking Operations through excellence, innovation, and collaboration. The teams—Deal Specialist, Collateral Monitoring, and Credit Reporting & Covenant Monitoring—work together to deliver seamless credit services, maintain the highest standards of compliance, and drive process improvements. Your responsibilities include:

• Drafting and validating loan documentation in partnership with Legal, Lending Solutions, and Credit Risk Executives
• Monitoring of collateral values, credit exposure, and compliance with authorized limits
• Setting up and monitoring credit covenants and customer-specific terms, and escalating violations when necessary
• Processing of loan disbursements, asset transfers, and approval of payments in accordance with credit policy
• Preparation of regular, ad hoc, and regulatory reports; delivery of actionable insights to senior management
• Driving process improvements, automation, and participation in strategic projects
• Maintaining current processes and building strong partnerships across teams

Requirements

Required qualifications, skills, and knowledge:

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in private banking, credit products, or related areas
• Full working proficiency in English
• Proactive, responsive team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• An individual employee with a strong sense of commitment, integrity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Tableau, Python, Qlik, and/or VBA
• A focus on working with data, digitizing information, and developing innovative solutions
• Passion for process efficiency, control, and continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications, skills, and knowledge:

• Fluent Spanish is a plus
