As a Credit Platform Services Analyst, you will support Private Banking Operations through excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Our teams—Deal Specialist, Collateral Monitoring, and Credit Reporting & Covenant Monitoring—work together to deliver seamless credit services, uphold the highest standards of compliance, and drive process improvements.

Tasks

  • Draft and validate credit documentation in partnership with Legal, Lending Solutions, and Credit Risk Executives
  • Monitor collateral values, credit exposure, and ensure compliance with authorized limits
  • Set up and monitor credit covenants and client-specific conditions, escalating breaches as needed
  • Process loan drawdowns, asset transfers, and approvals in line with credit policy
  • Produce regular, ad hoc, and regulatory reporting, delivering actionable insights to senior management
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and participation in strategic projects
  • Keep procedures up to date and build strong partnerships across teams

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in private banking, credit products, or related areas
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Proactive, responsive team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Individuals with strong commitment, integrity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Qlik, and/or VBA
  • Strong ability to work with data, digest information, and develop innovative solutions
  • Passion for process efficiency, control, and continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish is a plus
