Job description

Your tasks

• Control of processed credit-relevant documents for new business, extensions and changes (mortgages, loans, guarantees)
• Checking and signing contract-related documents for all financing transactions
• Ensuring that all credit-relevant mutations and postings for all financing transactions are carried out correctly
• Ensuring a high quality standard for the contract documents to be created and the data in our systems
• Monitoring and managing credit-related pending issues and deadlines
• Periodic preparation of statistics and reports
• Support in the processing and recording of securities with third parties
• Active participation in projects and involvement in the optimization of internal processes
• Training of apprentices, trainees and new employees

Our requirements

• Completed banking training
• Several years of practical experience in processing mortgages, loans and guarantees (ideal: 2-3 years, subject to BVG)
• Finnova and Terrass knowledge an advantage
• High service orientation
• Very good knowledge of Excel
