Job description

The role of Client Representative (reporting to the Head of Real Estate & Services EMEA) is to be the "eyes and ears" of Nomura's business throughout the project.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Supporting the Head of Real Estate & Services (EMEA) in creating a business plan and obtaining expenditure approvals
  • Review of the feasibility plan during the design and construction phases
  • Review of feasibility costs from the project's perspective
  • Support in reviewing the project brief and obtaining project brief concepts, budgets, and programs
  • Supporting the project management team in preparing the work program
  • Participation in relevant design team meetings
  • Support in preparing the offer for facilities management
  • Verification of compliance with Nomura's requirements, including operational requirements

Phases of the project

  • Concept and feasibility: Support in creating a business plan and reviewing feasibility
