CRM Assistant, International Booking Center

Your role

As a CRM Assistant at Booking Center International, you will serve as an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing day-to-day business operations and delivering client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

Your tasks

• Support for Client Relationship Managers regarding direct and offshore booking center clients
• Processing of payments, wire transfers, deposits, and check-related Know-Your-Transaction (KYT) issues, and tracking their processing
• Ensuring that customer transactions and interactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements as well as bank policies
• Preparing account opening forms, including reviewing and tracking the opening of joint business accounts
• Executing trades for all asset classes and entering trades into our systems, ensuring that they comply with all regulations and suitability requirements
• Corporate Transactions
• Preparation of letters of confirmation and letters of recommendation
• Tracking issues (KYC, KYT, FATCA, tax compliance, changes to risk categories)

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Initial relevant professional experience in private banking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is a plus
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
