CRM Assistant for External Asset Managers
Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking a CRM Assistant for external asset managers in Geneva to support the CRM team and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in private banking, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Your role
As a CRM Assistant for External Asset Managers (EXAM) at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be an integral part of the CRM team responsible for EXAMs and the client accounts they manage. In addition, you will support two CRMs in all daily business operations, compliance-related tasks, and administrative duties.Your tasks
- Onboarding new clients and EXAMs with rigorous due diligence
- Conducting periodic reviews of customer and EXAM relationships
- Monitoring of operational compliance with regard to client activities
- Ensuring that documents are updated in a timely manner and properly archived
- Execution of orders on client accounts with meticulous care – trading, fiduciary deposits, foreign exchange, payments, settlements, and credit inquiries
- Preparing and delivering client reports, handling correspondence, and providing e-banking support as needed
- Respond promptly and accurately to ad hoc inquiries from customers and internal requests via email and phone
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or completion of an apprenticeship or similar banking training
- Initial relevant professional experience in private banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is a plus
- Ability to evaluate issues and set priorities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); fluency in other languages is a plus
