Your role

As a CRM Assistant External Assets Manager at our bank, you will be an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the day-to-day operations and provide client-centric experience through efficient administrative, operational and compliance related tasks.

Your tasks

• Daily support with administrative and commercial activities
• Management of retrocessions and associated commissions
• Account openings, closings and other documentation
• Dealing with internal and external guidelines and compliance regulations (FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.)
• Preparation of client meetings and events
• Answering client inquiries by e-mail or telephone
• Control, execution and monitoring of client instructions (payments, stock exchange, change of static data, etc.)
• Monitoring credit lines and investment maturities
• Monitoring of administrative problems

Your profile

• University degree in finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking training
• First relevant professional experience in private banking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
• Ability to weigh and prioritize problems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong work ethic, integrity and high level of accountability
• Fluent in English and German
