The CRO Business Manager supports the CRO management in the management and implementation of projects and tasks, in particular in the preparation of presentations and analyses. The focus is on working with various internal stakeholders and supporting the CRO team in managing and controlling the division.

CRO Business Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Lead and support cross-functional projects and task forces in close collaboration with the CRO leadership team and senior management to drive initiatives with independence and autonomy
- Produce high quality content for the CRO, including internal and external presentations, briefings and specific research topics, accompanied by relevant data and insights
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to gather information, summarize findings in executive summaries and present data in a clear and concise visual format, while also creating talking points to support key messages
- Assist in the management, control, forecasting and budgeting of the CRO division budget for run-the-bank and change-the-bank, including ad hoc analysis related to cost management and staff planning to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management
Requirements
- University degree or other higher education, preferably in business administration or banking and finance
- At least 2-4 years of experience as a finance generalist in the financial industry
- Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to change
