Job description: CRO Data Analyst

Tasks

• Support in the collection and curation of large amounts of data from various sources for use in analytical models.
• Analyze large amounts of data related to customer transactions, KYC, AML and sanctions screening to detect patterns, anomalies or suspicious activity.
• Support compliance monitoring activities by preparing data-driven reports and visualizations.
• Assistance in the development, implementation and maintenance of automated monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide analytical input for investigations and regulatory requests.
• Partner with IT and other relevant stakeholders to improve data quality, solve problems and improve systems.
• Support local, regional, global and strategic compliance initiatives and contribute to all phases of data analytics projects.

Professional and technical skills

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related subject.
• Intermediate/advanced programming skills in SQL, R or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience as a data analyst in financial services or compliance related roles.
