CRO Data Analyst

Job description

Tasks

• Support in the collection and curation of large amounts of data from various sources for use in analytical models
• Analyze large amounts of data related to customer transactions, KYC, AML and sanctions screening to detect patterns, anomalies or suspicious activity
• Support in compliance monitoring activities through the preparation of data-driven reports and visualizations
• Assistance in the development, implementation and maintenance of automated monitoring tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide analytical input for investigations and regulatory inquiries
• Collaborate with IT and other relevant stakeholders to improve data quality, solve problems and optimize systems
• Support local, regional, global and strategic compliance initiatives and contribute to all phases of data analytics projects

Professional and technical skills

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related subject
• Intermediate/advanced programming skills in SQL, R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience as a data analyst in financial services or compliance, a plus
