Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Client Service Officer to join our SEA 1 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

key tasks

  • Preparation and processing of documentation for opening accounts and support with the onboarding process
  • Prompt and effective execution and confirmation of customer bank instructions and resolution of problems
  • Preparation and submission of credit applications and support in monitoring credit/collateral positions
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and assisting with daily customer inquiries (account status, transfers, interest rates, payments, etc.)
  • Support with account maintenance, monitoring customer positions, and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Communication with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Supporting CROs with administrative tasks and customer inquiries
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Participation in ad hoc tasks, projects, and provision of backup CSO support as required
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures

Requirements

  • A good understanding and knowledge of the private banking industry
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Client Service Officer (CSO) or Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)
  • Current RNF status and ownership of CACS Paper 1 and 2
  • Since the role will involve supporting Indonesian clients, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
