Liberty Vorsorge AG is looking for an experienced person as Customer Advisor Italian (m/f) for the Seewen-Schwyz location to advise and support customers in the area of pensions and finance. The position includes, among other things, the preparation of offers, the support of customer processes and the processing of customer inquiries.
Job description
Tasks and area of responsibility
- Preparation of offers and conclusion of contracts for BVG and 1e
- Supporting clients in the opening, mutation or payout process (BVG and 1e)
- Processing written and telephone customer inquiries in the area of vested benefits and pillar 3a with a focus on securities solutions
- Central entry window for inquiries from customers and business partners from Ticino
- Responsible for the correct and timely processing of customer inquiries
- Independent troubleshooting in the event of special cases or problematic cases
- Coordination and cooperation with other departments in connection with customer inquiries and customer-related topics
- Supporting the Ticino Relationship Manager team in their daily tasks
Requirements
- Experience in one of the following areas: Pension funds, pension foundations, brokers, life insurance companies, banks or in a comparable service sector with customer contact
- Quick comprehension and excellent learning ability
- Good communication skills and enjoy advising customers on the phone
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and German. Any other language an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to work
