Liberty Vorsorge AG is seeking a Customer Advisor (m/f) (full-time) to advise and assist customers, handle customer inquiries, and facilitate internal coordination and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have practical experience as an advisor in the pension or financial sector, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.

Tasks and area of responsibility

Your duties and responsibilities include:
  • Advising and supporting existing and new customers (via B2B and B2C channels)
  • Processing written and telephone customer inquiries in the area of freedom of movement and pillar 3a
  • Internal coordination and collaboration in connection with customer orders and inquiries
  • Focus on securities solutions
  • Processing and shipping of contract documents
  • Support for internal and external training and education programs
  • Collaboration on projects

Your profile

We are looking for someone with the following profile:
  • Practical experience as a consultant in a comparable position
  • Experience in the pension, financial, or a comparable service sector
  • Affinity for customer service, digitalization, and web-based applications
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards
  • Balanced and service-oriented team player
  • Proficiency in negotiation and communication in German, English, and French is a plus
