Your duties and responsibilities
- Advising and supporting existing and new customers (via B2B and B2C channels)
- Processing written and telephone customer inquiries in the area of freedom of movement and pillar 3a
- Internal coordination and collaboration in connection with customer orders and inquiries
- Focus on securities solutions
- Processing and shipping of contract documents
- Support for internal and external training and education programs
- Collaboration on projects
Your profile
- Practical experience as a consultant in a comparable position
- Experience in the pension, financial, or a comparable service sector
- Affinity for customer service, digitalization, and web-based applications
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards
- Balanced and service-oriented team player
- Negotiation and stylistic skills in German and English, French an advantage
