The position involves processing customer inquiries, internal coordination and collaboration, and providing support for internal and external training programs.

Job description

Tasks and area of responsibility

  • Advising and supporting existing and new customers (via B2B and B2C channels)
  • Processing written and telephone customer inquiries in the area of freedom of movement and pillar 3a
  • Internal coordination and collaboration in connection with customer orders and inquiries
  • Focus on securities solutions
  • Processing and shipping of contract documents
  • Support for internal and external training and education programs
  • Collaboration on projects

Requirements

  • Practical experience as a consultant in a comparable position
  • Experience in the pension, financial, or a comparable service sector
  • Affinity for customer service, digitalization, and web-based applications
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards
  • Balanced and service-oriented team player
  • Negotiation and writing skills in German and English, French an advantage
