Liberty Vorsorge AG is seeking a full-time Customer Advisor (m/f) to provide advice and support to clients in the area of retirement planning, as well as to process inquiries and contract documents. The ideal candidate has practical experience in the financial or retirement planning sector, is solution-oriented, and speaks French as a native language or at the C2 level, as well as German and English.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting existing and new customers (via B2B and B2C channels)
- Processing written and telephone customer inquiries regarding the leisure services offered by Rentningskeit and Pillar 3a
- Internal Coordination and Collaboration Related to Customer Orders
- Focus on Value-Added Solutions
- Processing and shipping of contract documents
- Support for internal and external training and education programs
- Collaboration on projects
Your profile:
- Practical experience as a consultant in a comparable position
- Experience in the pension, financial, or a comparable service sector
- An interest in customer service, digital transformation, and web-based applications
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards
- A well-rounded, service-oriented team player
- Native French speaker or bilingual at the C2 level; also has a good command of German and English
