Tasks

Your work will be integral to enabling your team to fully process trade confirmations and settlements. You will hone your communication and collaboration skills by building relationships with key stakeholders across the banking sector. We are offering this role at the associate level. In this key role, you will ensure that our trade confirmation and settlement specialists have the right tools, infrastructure, and resources to meet the needs of stakeholders and customers. You will identify issues with existing business processes and work with others to make improvements and corrections. We will also expect you to represent the bank in industry forums, working groups, and conferences to influence industry decisions and strategies. In addition, you will:

• Ensure that processes and procedures for trading on the strategic system stack are globally consistent, with all exceptions approved and documented.
• Monitor process changes and initiatives and deliver their global implementation
• Contribute to the design of key projects and the onboarding of new products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global business and build relationships with all operating centers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking a professional with an MBA and significant experience in a similar role and environment. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to all audiences. You will also need:

• Strong experience in the FX money market role as well as in the pre- and post-trade phases
