About the Position

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the client portfolio by handling requests, questions, and task assignments, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as adherence to internal and external governance guidelines and timelines.
• Ensure smooth communication between the business and technology teams, as well as between customers and technology, and monitor client satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve SLAs and coordinate with other departments within the function as appropriate.
• Responsible for maintaining the knowledge base and documentation across banking platforms.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Romanian (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of English
• Nice to have: Portuguese.
• Understanding of banking laws and related regulations.
• Competencies: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships, client-oriented attitude, good organizational skills.
• Experience working in the ISO Office.
