As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will resolve customer issues competently, friendly, and straightforwardly, and you will be responsible for operating our systems in a technically demanding environment.

- As a well-trained and persuasive personality, you resolve customer issues competently, friendly, and straightforwardly.
- Your multifunctionality makes it easier for you to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a technically demanding environment—to operate our systems, you need a basic knowledge of English.
- You are linguistically gifted with very good knowledge of German and French (at least level C1). Italian and/or English are an advantage.
- You are available for duty scheduling (shifts/on-call) and can cope with irregular working hours.
