Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Tasks

The following diverse tasks await you:

• They convey a positive and benevolent image of Vaudoise.
• You inform customers by phone, email, or chat about the assistance and insurance services offered by Vaudoise and our partners.
• You will look after online customers (motor vehicle contracts, customer area, etc.).
• They answer calls from Vaudoise agencies.
• You coordinate inquiries from our customers with the respective contact persons.
• You ensure that you are the first point of contact for customer support.

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA) or a Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) in the commercial sector
• First successful experience in a comparable position
• Swiss German as mother tongue
• Very good knowledge of French
• Basic knowledge of the insurance industry (advantageous)
