We are seeking a Customer Service Officer who can delight our customers with outstanding service. You will:- Supporting our customers in achieving their financial goals and informing them about various banking services
- Execute processes and procedures accurately and efficiently to provide our customers with a positive experience.
- Process customer inquiries completely and in a timely manner and forward them to other teams and colleagues as necessary
- Update customer information to ensure accurate records
Requirements
You should:- Experience in customer service in a private bank or in the financial services sector
- Possess strong planning and organizational skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good numerical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of data protection, money laundering, and FCA regulations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
