Tasks
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for managing multiple customers to ensure they are using the products according to best practices, expanding product adoption and helping to increase Taurus sales.
You will work closely with the sales team. Your tasks will include:
- Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Expansion of customer adoption of Taurus solutions
- Extension of contracts and reduction of customer losses
- Ensuring that customers quickly achieve added value
- Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
- Leading initiatives to publish customer testimonials/success stories
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance or business administration
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the banking, finance or fintech industry
- Experience in B2B software sales, customer support or account management
- Interest in blockchain, digital assets and cryptocurrencies
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
