The Customer Success Manager at Taurus SA is responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and product usage, thereby contributing to revenue growth. The CSM works closely with the sales team to achieve customer goals and build relationships.

Tasks

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for managing multiple customers to ensure they are using the products according to best practices, expanding product adoption and contributing to Taurus' revenue growth.

You will work closely with the sales team. Your tasks will include:

  • Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Expanding product adoption by customers
  • Extension of contracts and reduction of terminations
  • Ensuring that customers quickly achieve added value
  • Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
  • Leading initiatives to publish customer testimonials/success stories

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance or business administration
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the banking, finance or fintech industry
  • Experience in B2B software sales, customer support or account management
  • Interest in blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrencies
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
