Customer Success Manager

The job of a Customer Success Manager at Taurus is to help customers utilize digital asset infrastructures and ensure long-term success and satisfaction. The CSM manages customer relationships, drives product adoption and contributes to revenue growth.

Tasks

  • As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for managing multiple customers to ensure product utilization according to best practices, expand product adoption and contribute to Taurus' revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with the sales team. Your tasks include:
  • Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Expansion of customer adoption of Taurus solutions
  • Extension of contracts and reduction of terminations
  • Ensuring that customers quickly achieve added value
  • Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
  • Leading initiatives to publish customer testimonials/success stories

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance or business administration
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in banking, finance, retail or fintech
  • Experience in B2B software sales, customer support or account management
  • Interest in blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrencies
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus

  • Deep understanding of the product or service you are supporting

  • Ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders (technical and business oriented, project managers, C-level...)
