Tasks

Management of discretionary portfolios and dedicated funds
Development of Investment Solutions and Portfolio Strategies
Development of investment proposals for discretionary mandates in accordance with client needs and ING’s macroeconomic outlook
Assistance in reaching an agreement with the management company
Reporting to the clients assigned to you and ensuring transparent communication regarding portfolio strategy and results
Active participation in investment committees
Supporting insights from client presentations, trading sessions, and investment expertise, with a strong focus on asset allocation and multi-asset solutions

Requirements

Strong investment skills, with the ability to develop straightforward investment themes and support commercial teams
Fluency in Czech and English
Knowledge of Dutch, German, and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
CFA certification is considered an advantage
Team spirit, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
