Data Analyst / BI Expert

Tasks

• Engaging with users to understand their needs and help them get up to speed with new tools.
• Development of tools from requirements analysis through to production deployment, including the conduct of design workshops with the business unit.
• Active participation in technological developments within one's own field.
• Introduction of reports, data flows, and the remote platform for analyzing, modeling, and linking data flows in collaboration with all stakeholders in the field.
• Contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
• Monitoring during production operations and technical consulting throughout the project cycle.

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science (EPFL, HES, or equivalent).
• Experience in a related field or a good understanding of the banking industry (preferred).
• Proficiency with IT tools, particularly ODI, SAP BO, Power BI, or Databricks.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A dedicated and proactive individual with a passion for the profession and a desire to grow in a dynamic industry.
• Knowledge of Italian (preferred).
